Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Bureau Homicide is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a homicide suspect.
On September 10, 2021, around 3:30 p.m., Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a medical emergency call on a fire road within Ernest Debs Park (4235 Monterey Road). Paramedics located a victim with a gunshot wound to the back and pronounced the victim deceased at scene.
Hollenbeck Area officers responded to the homicide investigation call made by LAFD paramedics.
At this time there is no suspect description.
Central Bureau Homicide is handling this investigation.
