Homicide Investigation

 
Los Angeles – On Friday, March 9, 2001, at 12:10 a.m., a 37-year-old male black was found in the alley to the rear of 4519 South Honduras Avenue. The victim, identified as Kevin Lynch, had a gunshot wound to his upper torso and was pronounced dead at scene.
The investigation revealed that the victim lived near-by and was last seen in the area, by his family, at 9:00 p.m..
The motive is unknown at this time and no suspects(s) have been identified.
