Juvenile Dies Following Shooting in North Hills NR26003jl

North Hills: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division, Valley Section, is asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in the murder of a juvenile male.

On January 5, 2025, around 8:13 p.m., LAPD patrol officers from Mission Area responded to a radio call of “Ambulance, shots fired” near North Sepulveda Boulevard and Parthenia Street in North Hills. Upon arrival, the officers discovered that two separate shootings had occurred involving several juvenile males. One juvenile male sustained a gunshot wound.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to Northridge Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. His name is being withheld.

Detectives are continuing their investigation. One of the suspects was described only as a Hispanic male.
