Salena Garrett was safely located and had been staying with a close friend. Garrett appeared to be in good health but was transported to a local hospital for observation due to her medical status.
Los Angeles: The family of Salena Garrett and the Los Angeles Police Department requests the public’s assistance in locating her.
Garrett was last seen on 06/29/2012, around 4 p.m., at her residence in the 600 block of South Commonwealth Avenue in the Olympic Area of Los Angeles. Garrett has gone missing before, but has recently been diagnosed with a medical condition that is potentially life threatening if not treated.
Garrett is a 15-year-old female Black, black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and jeans. Garrett has both ears and right nostril pierced and a scar on her right thigh. She frequents the beach, Hollywood Boulevard and Crenshaw Boulevard.
