LAPD Academy Graduation

LAPD Graduation of 41 new officers and a brief presentation on the upcoming Black History Month Recruitment Exposition

Police Department Command Staff and their special guests

Why:
Graduating officers have completed 1,035 hours of training over the course of 32 weeks. There are 37 males and 4 females in the graduating class. The ethnic breakdown of the class is 17 Caucasians, 17 Hispanics, 1 Armenian, 1 Korean and 1 Filipino.

Commander Kenneth Garner will be available prior to the graduation to announce LAPD’s Black History Month 3-day recruitment celebration and family carnival at Rancho Cienega Sports Center.
