DETAILS:
The Los Angeles Police Department will graduate 21 police officers, with 20 males and one female. The ethnic breakdown of the graduates is as follows: seven Caucasians, 11 Hispanics and three Asians (non-Korean). Graduating officers have completed 920 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks. Two of the graduates will be officers for Los Angeles World Airports, and one will be for the Port of Los Angeles.
