WHY:
On December 6, 2021, suspects in the area of Denni Street and Blinn Avenue opened fire on a black Dodge Durango, killing the front passenger, 12-year-old Alexander Alvarado. The driver of the Dodge Durango, as well as 9-year old girl, who was at the Wilmington Park Elementary School, were also shot and injured.

The Los Angeles Police Department’ South Bureau Homicide will be announcing multiple arrests regarding this incident.
