WHY:
Los Angeles Police Department, Central Division and Detective Bureau is proud to host an anti-Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) hate crime community event. This event brings together local law enforcement agencies, non-profits, and service providers in a unified effort to combat hate crimes targeting the AAPI community. Through education, the sharing of best practices, and strengthened collaboration, we aim to enhance strategies to end the victimization of individuals in our communities. Together, we can create a safer environment for our families and a future free from hate crimes.
