The felony arrest of 50-year-old Dennis Vasquez on an unrelated charge and the mandatory buccal swab for DNA have conclusively linked him to the 1975 murder of then 80-year-old Alice Lewis.  Investigators will discuss the circumstances of arrest and the status of the case.
