LAPD Detectives Investigate a Murder

Los Angeles: A male Hispanic was found with gunshot injuries, lying in the street in the 1400 block of South La Brea Avenue.
On April 9, 2005 at about 3:20 a.m., officers responded to a radio call. When they arrived they found a male between 35-40 years of age lying in the street with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
This is an on going investigation. The weapon and the suspect(s) are still outstanding.
The identity of the victim is being withheld until his family has been notified.
