Participants from throughout Los Angeles, especially those who knew and loved Simmons to help.

WHY:
To honor Simmons and continue his legacy of selfless service to those in need by raising funds for the Randal D. Simmons Outreach Foundation, a non-profit organization that was established to continue Simmons’ work and efforts reaching out to young people at risk for involvement with drugs, violence and gang indoctrination.
