"LAPD Seeks Public’s Assistance in Locating Sexual Predator"

 

Los Angeles: On Sunday, December 8, 2002, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a 76 year-old female Hispanic was walking home from church, near the 13000 block of Sherman Way. The preliminary investigation has revealed that a male Hispanic pulled the victim into a van and drove her to secondary location. The suspect sexually assaulted the victim at knifepoint and then dropped her off near the location he had kidnapped her from. The victim was taken to a local hospital where she was treated and released. The investigation is continued.
The suspect is described as a male, Hispanic, dark hair, 5’7"-5’9", 170 lbs., and approximately 30-35 years of age. The suspects vehicle is described as a 1990-1995, white van with dark interior. Click here to see composite of Sexual Assault Suspect and vehicle.
