Volunteers in action with the Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) officers and LAPD Explorers as they paint the inside of a home for a low-income family’s home construction project through the San Fernando/Santa Clarita Valley chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
