LAPD’s Central Community Police Station Deploys Germ Zapping Robot

WHAT: Media Availability to announce the launch of Central Divisions new germ zapping robot.

WHO: LAPD Chief of Police Michel R. Moore LAPD Sergeant Jerretta Sandoz, Los Angeles Police Protective League Tony Royster, Los Angeles Department of General Services.

WHY: LAPD Chief of Police Michel R. Moore will be discussing the deployment of the new Germ-Zapping Robot at Central Station. The robot will help keep officers safe by destroying superbugs before they can pose a threat. In addition to the robot, Chief Moore will discuss several other steps that have been taken to prevent contaminants from entering Central Station.
