The primary focus of the 2009 Crime Fighting Strategies will be on Gangs. The coordinated approach includes education, prevention, intervention, suppression, prosecution, incarceration and reintegration. Service providers from local, state, and federal Governments will partner with private groups, businesses, activists and individuals.
