DETAILS:
The Los Angeles Police Department will graduate Recruit Class 9-25 during a ceremony held at the Elysian Park Academy. The graduating class consists of 28 Los Angeles Police Department officers, one Los Angeles Park Ranger, one Los Angeles School Police officer, and one San Gabriel Police Department officer.
The graduating officers completed 904 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks. Of the 28 LAPD graduates, 24 are male and four are female. It is anticipated that more than 500 guests will attend the graduation ceremony.
The ethnic breakdown of the LAPD graduating officers is as follows:

• 1 African American
• 2 Caucasian
• 2 Filipino
