Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography NR15205lp

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Juvenile Division Detectives assigned to the Los Angeles Regional Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrest 58-year-old Ian Maclure for Possession of Child Pornography.

On June 9, 2015, investigators initiated a search warrant of Maclure’s home in the City of El Segundo after receiving a report that Maclure was involved in the trading and downloading of child pornography.

A preliminary inspection of the recovered digital devices revealed over 100,000 images and 1,000 videos depicting child pornography.

Maclure was booked at the LAPD, Metropolitan Detention Center. He is currently free on $20,000 bail and is due back in court on June 30, 2015.
