Man Bludgeoned to Death NR15254ne

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department Northeast Area homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the death of a man found bludgeoned.

On Monday, July 27, 2015, around 3:25 p.m., Northeast Area patrol officers responded to a radio call of “Ambulance Man Down” at the 4700 block of North Figueroa Street in Highland Park. When the officers arrived they discovered a male Hispanic, 40-45 years of age with multiple head injuries in a stairwell leading up to the pedestrian bridge.

Detectives do not have a motive for this brutal crime and there is no suspect information.

Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead. The victim’s name has not been released pending next of kin family notification.
