Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Robbery-Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing information about a shooting that left one man dead in the Hollenbeck area.
On December 4, 2010, at about 7 p.m., LAPD Hollenbeck Area patrol unit received a radio call involving a possible armed suspect(s) in the 1500 block of Murchinson Street. Officers arrived at the scene and found the victim, 41-year-old, Robert Gonzalez with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Detective’s have no suspect information and few leads. Investigators have not yet determined the motive for the shooting.
