Man Murdered Outside His Bar NR15166lp

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles
Police Department Criminal Gang Homicide detectives are asking for
the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for
the brutal murder of Mr. Keith Hasson, owner of the ‘Living Room
Bar’.

On Saturday, September 6, 2014, around 6:30 p.m., Mr. Keith Hasson
was walking in front of his bar located in the 4300 block of West
28th Street, when he was approached by the suspect. Mr. Hasson and
the suspect walked across the street, for an unknown reason the
suspect shot Mr. Hasson multiple times. The suspect got into a
vehicle and fled the location westbound 28th Street towards
Crenshaw Boulevard.

Mr.
Hasson died as a result of his injuries. At this time the motive of
this murder is unknown. Detectives were able to obtain surveillance
video showing the suspect’s vehicle as he was leaving the scene of
the crime.


The suspect is described as a male Black, 30-40 years of age with a
beard. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a 1995 – 2001 Ford
Explorer, 4 door, tan/gold in color.
