Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Juvenile Division, Abused Child section are seeking additional victims of a sexual assault.
On December 30, 2019, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department arrested 63-year-old Fausto Gutierrez, a resident of Los Angeles. Gutierrez was a pastor for a local church in Los Angeles and assaulted two victims in the 1300 block of West 56th Street in Los Angeles and one victim in the 1800 block of Haines Street in the city of Perris.
Two of the victims were 17 years of age and one victim was 16 years of age at the time the crimes occurred. At this time, only three male victims have been identified.
Gutierrez was charged in Riverside County with 286(2)(a)PC- Sodomy and 288(b)(1)PC- Lewd Acts with a Minor.
