Missing Adult

On November 2, 1999, at approximately 10:30 P.M., Wilshire Area officers responded to a Missing Person’s radio call in the 4200 block of West 7th Street. The family reported that the missing person left the residence upset at about 8:00 P.M. on November 1, 1999, and did not return. He was last seen by a neighbor in the area of Wilton Place and 8th Street in the company of two male Koreans.

As a result of a recent stroke, he is paralyzed on the right side of his body and walks with the assistance of a walking cane. He is described as being very despondent over his condition.

The missing person’s name is Kil Hong Yong. He is described as a Male, Korean, Black Hair, Brown Eyes, 5’10", and 135 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, gray sweat pants, yellow shirt, and brown shoes. He is required to take medication that is vital to his well being.
