Update
On May 9, 2019, around 11:30 p.m., Julio Contreras was found
by Fontana Police Department in good health.

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s
Pacific Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating
a 11-year-old missing runaway.

On May 7, 2019, Julio Contreras was last seen walking around in the
6300 block of La Brae Avenue near La Cienega Boulevard and La
Tijera Boulevard.

His foster mother ordered him a ride shared vehicle for him to go
to Audubon Middle School located in the 4100 block of 11th Avenue,
Contreras never used the vehicle or went to school.
Contreras may be attempting to go to his biological mother’s
residence in the 5200 block of Repetto Street near East Los Angeles
College.

Contreras is described as a 11-year-old male Hispanic, with black
hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs
around 152 pounds. Contreras is bipolar and suffers from
depression. He walks with a slight limp has curly hair that hangs
over his face.
