Motorcyclist Involved in Fatal Traffic Collision NR22334mp

Woodland Hills: Los Angeles Police Department Valley Traffic Detectives are investigating a fatal traffic collision involving a motorcyclist.

On November 14, 2022, at around 9:35 a.m., a 2018 Kawasaki Ninja Motorcycle was traveling southbound on Winnetka Avenue at Brahma Drive when it collided with a 2017 Nissan Versa travelling northbound on Winnetka Avenue and making a left turn onto Brahma Drive.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene and provided medical attention to the motorcyclist. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification to his next of kin by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

The driver of the Nissan Versa sustained minor injuries. She was treated by the Los Angeles Fire Department at scene. The driver remained at scene of the collision and was cooperative during the investigation.
