Murder Suspect Alvaro Jara

Press conference announcement regarding the murder of Steven Morales, age 12, that occurred on August 29, 1998, in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles.

On September 30, 1998, 1400 hours, Northeast Homicide detectives will be holding a press conference at Northeast Police Community Station, 3353 San Fernando Road, Los Angeles. Detectives and the victim’s parents will be seeking the community’s help for information leading to the apprehension of suspect Alvaro Luna Jara.
