Kidnap/Attack Suspect Sought

On Oct. 28, 1999 at 5:50 AM, a man kidnapped a 29 years-old woman in the area of 50th Street and Main Street. The suspect drove the victim to the rear alley of the 400 block East 51 Street, where the suspect raped the victim while threatening the victim with a sharp object.

The suspect is described as a male black, black hair, 5’7", 150/160, 24/25 years. The suspect was wearing a blue sweater and blue running pants with white stripes. The vehicle used was a two-door, late model Ford Thunderbird or Mercury Cougar gray or blue in color, with tinted rear windows.
