Los Angeles: The Northeast Area Community Police Station will host it’s Annual Open House. This year’s theme is "Crime Prevention and the Neighbor to Neighbor Program" which will focus on crime prevention and quality of life issues.
Northeast area consists of 22 diverse communities with approximately 250,000 residents. This event will showcase the LAPD with displays from SWAT, Narcotics, K-9 Unit, The Los Angeles Fire Department and many more.
The open house is designed to heightened crime prevention awareness, generate participation in local and anti-crime efforts and to strengthen neighborhood-police community partnerships.
There will be activities for all ages, music, moon bouncers, free balloons, food, and refreshments.
