The program will feature the traditional “roll call” of fallen heroes, a 21-rifle volley, a “missing man” formation helicopter flyover and the symbolic sounds of bagpipes. The Eagle & Badge Foundation will have the LAPD Memorial Wall as the center piece of the event. At the conclusion of the ceremony, family members will place a long-stemmed rose at the steps of the memorial wall, in honor of their loved ones.
