WHY: A Road Rage incident occurred on the Southbound 405 Freeway on March 25, 2019, which resulted in the shooting of a victim in the City of Los Angeles, Devonshire Area, on Haskell Avenue, south of Parthenia Street. Devonshire Detectives are requesting the Media’s assistance in conducting a public canvass to identify the involved suspect and/or vehicle in this incident.
