On October 15, 2019 at
approximately 1:45 p.m., Liliana Lopez and her three children
made entry into the United States at the San Ysidro Port of

Robbery-Homicide Division Detectives are currently with Liliana
Lopez and her children to determine the circumstances
surrounding their disappearance.

Based on the outcome of those interviews, the information will
be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s
Office to determine if criminal charges are appropriate in this

Police Department’s Robbery Homicide Division detectives and
Mission Division’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in
providing any information related to a possible kidnapping

On October 9, 2019, around 9:27 p.m., Los Angeles Police Department
police officers responded to a radio call in the 13600 block of
Fellows Avenue and their investigation revealed that a possible
kidnapping had occurred. We are searching for four possible victims
of a kidnapping and a fifth individual who may be the suspect in
the abduction. The following information provides descriptions of
the individuals involved and we would appreciate any information
that would aid in locating them.

Esteban Lopez
Described as a 28-year-old male Hispanic standing at 5 feet 8
inches and weighing
180 lbs. He has a tattoo of, “Lopez” on his chest

Liliana Lopez
Described as a 29-year-old female Hispanic with brown hair and
brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 2 inches, and weighing 135
