Why:
Media personnel should arrive by 10:00 a.m. The designated parking area for media vehicles is on the main road leading up to the Academy Arch. A Public Information Officer and Supervisor from Media Relations Section will assist media personnel.

It is anticipated this event will draw a large crowd, therefore parking will be strictly enforced. Once the media area is full outlets will be directed to Dodger Stadium for overflow parking. Media vehicles will not be allowed on the athletic fields. Media Personnel are encouraged to bring extra length cable due to the distance from their vehicles to the staging area.

NOTE: A pool camera may be utilized due to limited space.
