Public’s Help Needed to Put Names to Faces – RHD Releases More Than 100 Photos of Serial Murder Suspect

WHY:
On Thursday, July 8, 2010, the LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division, announced that a man suspected of killing at least 10 young women and one man in South Los Angeles, in a series of murders that spanned the years 1985 through 2007, was taken into custody.

During the investigation, more than 100 photographs were found in the possession of Lonnie David Franklin Jr., the Grim Sleeper.  Detectives investigating the Grim Sleeper case are asking for the public’s help to put a name to the faces.
