Registered Sex Offender Wanted for Indecent Exposure NR15079rh

Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police
Department detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing
any information that would lead to the arrest of 62-year-old
Randall Lee Wickham.

On March 4, 2015, around 3 p.m., Wickham parked his Mazda MPV
minivan at a park located in the 3400 block of Riverside Drive and
began masturbating. With his driver’s side door open, a woman saw
the suspect masturbating while picking up her 3-year-old child from
preschool.

Since that day, two additional incidents have occurred in LAPD’s
Van Nuys and Northeast Areas.

On March 6, 2015, around 2 p.m., in the 13300 block of Moorpark
Street in Van Nuys, suspect Wickham was once again seen
masturbating in his vehicle with the driver’s side door open.

Another similar incident of indecent exposure occurred on March 9,
2015, around, 6:30 p.m., in the 33500 block of San Fernando Road,
in Northeast Area.

Registered Sex Offender
Randall Lee Wickham is a parolee at large. He has a felony warrant
issued for Lewd Conduct, with bail set at $500,000.

He has also been seen in other cities within the Los Angeles
County, in Long Beach, Lakewood and in the San Fernando Valley. He
is currently driving a 1995 black Mazda MPV minivan, License Plate
No. 3NNH392.
