WHY: On Thursday, July 20, 2017, a murder occurred in the 1600 block of Van Ness Avenue. The Los Angeles Police Department will announce a reward of $50,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest, and prosecution of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Lucio Garcia, a male, Hispanic, 56 years of age.
