WHAT: A news conference to announce a $50,000 reward offered by the Los Angeles City Council for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of Irma Cuevas.

WHO: Councilmember Gilbert Cedillo, Council District 1 Captain III David Kowalski, Commanding Officer Olympic Area Lieutenant John Radtke, Officer in Charge West Bureau Homicide Detective III Shawn Kinchla, Supervisor West Bureau Homicide

WHY: On February 19, 2017, a homeless woman was stabbed to death in the 2600 block of West Olympic Boulevard. West Bureau Detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating the suspect(s) responsible for this heinous crime.
