UPDATE
On May 31, 2016, The Los
Angeles Police Department’s 77th Area Robbery Detectives, assisted
by additional Department resources, made an arrest connected to
this case. Aaron Deon Seymour, a 34-year-old resident of Los
Angeles was booked for robbery, 211 PC, and is currently being held
without bail.

Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department’s 77th
Area Robbery detectives are asking for the public’s help in
providing any information that would lead to the arrest or
identification of suspect(s) committing robberies in the South Los
Angeles area.

Since March 18, 2016, there were eight armed robberies targeting
gardeners. In all cases, the suspects approached the gardeners
while they are working, produced a handgun and demanded their
money.

The suspects have been seen fleeing on foot. They have also been
seen leaving in a possible white Mercedes.

The suspects are described as male Blacks in their early mid-20s
and should be considered armed and dangerous.
