Seeking Possible Victims of Unlawful Sexual Conduct From In-Home Care Nurse NR25141jc

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Foothill Division detectives are seeking any additional victims to come forward as they are currently investigating allegations of unlawful sexual conduct by Francisco Gallegos Loaiza.

Francisco Gallegos Loaiza is in police custody and is a licensed vocational nurse that provided in-home care in the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area. The identified victims of Francisco Gallegos Loaiza are incapacitated patients under his care.

LAPD Foothill Detectives are seeking information from the public who may have encountered similar incidents with the suspect.
