Detectives need to identify two witnesses for a Fatal Hit
and Run. They were captured on video associating with the
driver of the Toyota Corolla, Ronald Waldamar Jo-Jlux. One
witness was a passenger in the hit and run vehicle. The second
witness is a possible food vendor who delivered food to the hit
and run suspect and the passenger on two different occasions.
The vendor was selling food out of a 2016-2020 white Toyota
Rav4. Video footage can be viewed on Central Traffic’s Twitter
account @LAPDCTD24, Instagram account @LAPDCTD24 or YouTube
account “LAPD Central Traffic.”

Detectives need help locating Ronald Waldamar Jo-Jlux, AKA
Ronald Lux, a 26-year-old Male Hispanic who stands 5 feet 1
inch tall and weighs around 120 pounds. He was last seen
wearing a light color hooded sweat top and light-colored
shorts. Ronald is wanted for questioning in the Fatal Hit and
Run of Victim Jeun Chu Ham. Detectives believe Ronald is
currently driving the vehicle involved in the hit and run, a
4-door tan or a gold 2003 to 2008 Toyota Corolla, with its
driver side wheels missing its hub caps or is equipped with
aftermarket black rims. It is believed Ronald is living out of
the vehicle and his whereabouts are unknown.

On November 23, 2020, around
8:00 p.m., Mrs. Kuen Ham succumbed to her injuries and passed
away at the hospital. She was surrounded by her family.

On April 15, 2015, the City Council amended the Los Angeles
Administrative Code and created a Hit and Run Reward Program
Trust Fund. A reward of up to $50,000 is available to community
members who provide information leading to the offender’s
identification, apprehension, and conviction or resolution
through a civil compromise.

Hit and Run Traffic Collision Causes Severe
Injury to a 76-Year-Old Great Grandmother

Los Angeles: On November 23,
2020, around 5:55 a.m., a Severe Injury Hit and Run occurred near
Union Avenue and Miramar Street. A possible tan, 4-door, 2000 to
2010 Toyota Corolla was travelling northbound Union Avenue and made
a westbound left turn onto Miramar Street. Mrs. Kuen Ham was
crossing Miramar Street when the driver of the Toyota collided into
her. The collision knocked her onto the street and dragged her
approximately 15-feet before she was dislodged. The driver fled the
scene without stopping to render aid and to identify him or
herself.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded, and Mrs. Kuen was
immediately transported to a local hospital. Mrs. Kuen was
admitted into the intensive care unit with life threatening
injuries.

On April 15, 2015, the City Council amended the Los Angeles

members who provide information leading to the offender’s
identification, apprehension, and conviction or resolution
