Sexual Assault Suspect Wanted NR18099ti

Police Department’s Hollenbeck detectives are asking for the
public’s assistance in identifying a sexual assault suspect.

On March 17, 2018, around 3:30 p.m., a 13-year-old victim and his
family attended an event at a church near the 1700 block of Cesar
E. Chavez Avenue. After the event ended, the victim used the
upstairs restroom. An unknown male suspect approached the victim
and punched him in the face, knocking him down to the ground. The
suspect dragged the victim out of the restroom and attempted to
place him in a storage room. The victim lost consciousness as the
suspect attempted to rip his shirt apart. Around 5:30 p.m., the
victim was found unconscious in a secluded stairwell. The victim
awoke and complained of pain to his rectum. The suspect fled in an
unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a male black, bald or shaved head,
beard, light colored eyes, possibly green. He was last seen wearing
a yellow long sleeve T-shirt, light blue jeans with designer tears,
red Timberland boots with light tan colored soles.
