Reseda: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division, Valley Section, is asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in the murder of a male victim.
On Friday, March 6, 2026, around 8:00 p.m., LAPD patrol officers from West Valley Area responded to a radio call of “Shooting Just Occurred” on the 6800 block of Baird Avenue in Reseda. Upon arrival, the officers found a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and rendered medical aid. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is not being released pending notification of next of kin. He was described as a 23-year-old Black male.
Detectives are continuing their investigation.
