Reseda: The family and friends of Valentine Zepeda and the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Valley Area are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

On April 6, 2026, around 4:50 p.m., Mr. Zepeda was last seen near the 18800 block of Saticoy Street. He has not been seen or heard from since, and his family is concerned for his safety. Mr. Zepeda suffers from dementia and has vitiligo.

Mr. Zepeda was last seen wearing a brown shirt and black pants.
