North Hollywood: The family and friends of Concepcion Moreno and the Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood Area are asking for the public’s help in locating her.

On May 2, 2025, around 3:00 p.m., Ms. Moreno was last seen walking in the 11300 block of Tiara Street in North Hollywood. She hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Ms. Moreno suffers from memory loss and her family is concerned for her safety.

Ms. Moreno is described as a female Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. She stands five feet two inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red shirt, red skirt, and black shoes.
