Silver Alert Issued for Missing 70-Year-Old Man NR26177ag

Los Angeles: The family and friends of Rutilio De Jesus Duran, along with the Los Angeles Police Department, are seeking the public’s help in locating him.

On August 26, 2026, around 12:10 p.m., 70-year-old Rutilio De Jesus Duran was last seen in the 7300 block of Independence Avenue in Los Angeles. Mr. Duran suffers from high blood pressure and is diabetic.

Mr. Duran is described as a Hispanic male with gray hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green shirt, green pants, black shoes, black sunglasses, and red baseball cap.
