Street Shooting Leaves 36 Year-Old Dead

Los Angeles: Southeast Homicide Detectives are investigating the shooting death of 36 year-old Bobby Lee Nash. Nash was discovered on the sidewalk, in front of a residence in the 300 block of East 101st Street in South Los Angeles. Detectives’ preliminary investigation revealed that Nash was approached by an armed suspect who fired at least one shot at him. Bobby Lee Nash was transported to an area hospital by responding Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics where he was pronounced dead on arrival as a result of his injuries.
The motive is possibly gang related. The suspect has not been identified.
