Suspect Arrested in 2003 Triple Murder Case

March 18, 2009

Los Angeles: An arrest has been made in a triple homicide that occurred on May 5 2003.

In the evening hours of March 16, 2009, Robin Kyubin Cho was arrested for the shooting deaths of 30 year-old Chi Hyon Song, her son Hyun Woo Song, 2 years of age, and the family’s “nanny,” 56 year-old Eun Sik Min.

Detectives were successful in developing scientific evidence which ultimately linked Cho to the crime and led to his arrest.  The motive for this crime is still unknown.  Cho lived in the same apartment complex as the victims and parked his car in the same underground garage, directly next to the victim’s car.

Cho was booked into the Metropolitan Jail Section and is being held without bail.  The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has filed three counts of murder against Cho.
