DETAILS:
Heroes & Helpers is a joint effort between Target, charity organizations and first responders. Local first responders partner with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in their neighborhood and apply for a grant from target. Target approved $2000.00 to host a holiday shopping event with children living in under-resourced areas. Events are hosted in store with Target team members and police officers making sure the event feels extra special for the kids. Honda of downtown Los Angeles and Felix Chevrolet donated as well, allowing us to invite more kids to participate.

  • Approximately 50-60 children will participate.
  • Showcases a unique collaboration between law enforcement and the community and local businesses within the division.
