WHO: Los Angeles Police Department Captain Maureen Ryan, Topanga Division Hart Street Elementary Principal Curtis Johnson Students from Hart Street Elementary Topanga Area Senior Lead Officers

WHY: Senior Lead Officer (SLO) Dao was once a Hart Street Elementary student. SLO Dao was selected and received a CyberGrant from the Target Corporation to take 15 students (a mix of 3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders) from Hart Street Elementary for Holiday Shopping -Shop With A Cop. Students were selected for, “Best Behavior” by following the school’s, “4 B’s”:

-Be Responsible -Be Respectful -Be Safe -Be Kind
