WHY:    
In March 2002, the voters in Los Angeles passed a $600 million dollar public safety measure to improve, renovate and expand public safety facilities.  Topanga Police Station is the newest Los Angeles Police Station and on Friday, January 9th, Chief Bratton along with other dignitaries will conduct a formal uniform inspection of all Topanga Station personnel.     

Parking:  Parking for the media has been reserved on the south curb of Schoenborn Street just west of the facility.
