WHY:
South Bureau Homicide detectives announce the arrest of two suspects for the shooting and
killing of 46-year-old Jose Quezada.

On June 27, 2023, Jose Quezada was shot and killed in the 300 block of North Neptune
Avenue following a “Summer Night Lights” event at the Wilmington Recreation Center
where Jose was a volunteer.
