Unidentified Man Shot and Killed

Los Angeles: Pacific Area Homicide Detectives are investigating the murder of a male Black, about 20-30 years of age.
On Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at about 6:45 p.m., in the parking lot at 6921 La Tijera Boulevard, the victim was sitting in his car, which was parked to the rear of the Vons Market. Unknown male suspects approached him on foot and exchanged words. One of the suspects shot the victim and fled on foot through the parking lot. The victim drove his vehicle through the parking lot and collided into a wall.
Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics transported the victim to UCLA Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The victim had no identification and was described as a male, Black, 20-30 years, 5-10, 180 pounds, medium complexion. He was driving a white, newer model Honda Accord.
